This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking tools. The only data collected is what you choose to send through the contact form, by email or by phone, and it is used solely to answer you.

Please do not send sensitive information about an ongoing case through the form. It will be collected later in a secure setting.
Recipients and processors
- HubSpot, Inc.: management of contact requests (CRM). Data may be transferred to the United States; such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting and protection of the site. Same safeguards for transfers.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd: email (Microsoft 365).
Your data is never sold or passed to third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and trackers
This site sets no cookies of any kind: no analytics, advertising or social media cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own servers, so no request is sent to Google or any other provider when you visit. No consent banner is therefore needed. Should this change, this page will be updated and your consent requested beforehand.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to info@cyberpraxis.eu. We reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
Security
Cyber Praxis SRL is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified. The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, with no database or content management system, and with strict security headers.
